Sculptuur “Fiets” gemaakt van oude remarmen, tandwielen en kettingen. Deze sculptuur is een Ode aan de Fiets en al de mooie onderdelen waaruit dit vervoermiddel bestaat. Die mooi gevormde remarmen dat is toch kunst op zich… Van een vriend kreeg ik een mooie blok hout met een orginische vorm waar de nerven heel goed zichtbaar zijn. Deze heb ik ingewreven met bijenwas en de sculptuur op gemonteerd. 32 cm lang, 19 cm hoog en 12 cm breed.

Sculpture “Bicycle” made from old brake arms, sprockets and chains. This sculpture is an Ode to the Bicycle and all the beautiful parts that make up this means of transport. Those beautifully shaped brake arms are art in themselves… A friend gave me a beautiful block of wood with an original shape where the grains are very visible. I rubbed this with beeswax and mounted the sculpture. 32 cm long, 19 cm high and 12 cm wide.
